Global materials handling specialist Alstef Group has finalised the acquisition of Solution Net Systems (SNS), a USA-based leader in automated parcel handling systems and warehouse automation solutions. 

SNS designs and integrates configurable solutions for the e-commerce, food, pharmaceutical, postal, retail, third-party logistics and transportation, and distribution industries.
