Noblelift acquires Noblelift CanadaNoblelift Group has taken its first step to acquiring its long-term Canadian distributor Noblelift Canada, with the purchase of a stake in the business in what it describes as a “strategic long-term investment” in that market.
Noblelift Group vice president Wendy Mao says: “This integration is a natural evolution of our strong partnership and a clear signal of Noblelift’s long-term commitment to the Canadian market”.
Noblellift Group did not disclose what share of the company was acquired but confirmed to Forkliftaction News it was on a path to full ownership.
Noblelift Canada is based in Quebec and in the last six years since being established, has averaged annual growth of more than 25%, the company states.
Noblelift Canada president Sam Santaguida says the strong growth can be attributed to the rapid expansion of Noblelift’s line-up of forklifts across all classes and the brand’s strong culture of collaboration and genuine partnership.
