won't tilt all the way down

Toyota 02-8FGF25

I have a 8fd35u serial number 12159, it won't tilt all the way forward. I stops in the middle and it is equipped with that neutral tilt switch on the tilt handle. I don't have my have on the tilt stop button but it acts like I do. Looking for what could be the problem

Hello, I would ensure the neutral switch is functioning correctly. Second I would verify if the tilt switches or tilt switch sensor (usually under right side tilt cylinder) if working.

If all else fails, I would lock for something lodged inside cylinders. Could be a failed or lodged packing.
