Discussion:
Will not drive back and forth. Restarting will engage for short while.

Hi.

I have a full electric forklift with a small issue.

Hydraulics work perfectly.

But it will not drive back and forward.

When I restart I can make the relays move when engaging back and forth, but when I press the accelerator it perhaps moves a little or a meter/yard or none at all and then stops. The relays do not move again before I have restarted.

I looked at brushes in the drive motor and they appear to bo good.

I thought that I had fixed the problem yesterday when I fiddled with the brake switch - moving it up and down - which seemed to cure the problem and make the truck drive perfectly for 10 minutes of testing.

Next morning the problem was back and I was not able to replicate the "fix".

Hope that someone has a good idea :-)
