Violent Reach

Does anyone know if there's a way to cushion the reach operation on these units. Our customer is saying that it is way to violent, causing damage to product.

first check that features is set to single reach not double (RD)
then perform valve calibration
then adjust in performance

if your able to do a recalibration that works but those trucks reach back hard more like a slam just make sure the bumpers on the carriage are good its a Crown trait but there working on it..

Yes, It's adjustable through the access modules. Might want to call a forklift service company to make the correct adjustments needed.
