Tsp 7000 pivot chain breaking quite offten

I have two Tsp 7000 units at my current facility. Since they were installed two years ago, I have had to work on the pivot mechanism on average every 1-2 weeks due to the master links breaking or the chain itself. I have had the regional dealer in here to trouble shoot this problem to no avail, as well as a factory engineer. They created and update for the software based on what they found on my machines. Operator error only accounts for roughly one quarter of these breaks due to the fact we have cameras in every aisle. Crown can not give me a strait answer. They have also stopped honoring the warranty based on this problem. We also have 3 TS40's with no similar problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

The main problem is when we rotate the fork with the load and stop intermittently at any angle the circular motion with the load will impact the chain. So, it advised to rotate from end to end only with load. No stopping in between.

Nothing is impossible.
The chain link breaks due to the forks being impacted sideways. I have had this on the 6000 's which are the same trucks but with a lower lifting height

Is the master mounted to a threaded stud? ( I haven't actually worked on a turret) if so, I would lean on replacing the stud. The first break could have rounded part of the hole that the master link rested it, giving it a stress point.
