you are right my friend,after i download ,and use version 012 then copy truck configuration from mcu to CID ,the truck back to alive again

From the screenshot I've viewed your, CID, ACH, ACT don't have any software installed.

Have you tried downloading the software package to the truck?

Make sure you pick version 012!

If the truck has LID option also update it as same time.

everything is not working,i''d check fuse box ,every fuse is ok,then i use truckcom,i ' ll send you a result snapshot from truckcom to your email

If it brand-new it will still be under manufacturers warranty, so not your problem.

Do you have a BT can key? Stick it in & press the green button on the CID, does she start up?

Will it start up in limp home mode?

I button, green CID button, log on to truck as normal.

Be warned if the BT can key is used in limp home mode the seat & deadman pedal safety switches are both bypassed!
