trans engaging reverse problem

it goes in to reverse for a few seconds then to neutral and a code fault 524223-0 appears on dash, foward gear is ok.

DTC 524223-0 - XMSN Reverse Pressure Greater Than Commanded Pressure

- supply open circuit
- faulty sensor
- functional failure mechanical
