Hi Everybody
I'am having issues with a Toyota 7FBCU32 S/N-62245. Under load the tilt drifts forward on it's own. My question is what holds the pressure the spool has no seals on it. The main valve has a sol and what looks like a small keeper valve in the body of the main valve. I'am thinking this little valve holds the pressure, but just wanted a second opinion.
Thanks in advance
Dave

It sounds like you have determined that the valve is bypassing internally. We're able rebuild and test these valves and may even have an exchange in stock. Give us a call if you need help [877] 873-8080 Regards, Keith - Aztec Hydraulics Inc.
Do agree with Leon, most probably you have problems with the seals inside the tilt cylinders. Change the seals for both tilt cylinders.
if you blocked only one cylinder at a time you did not get a good test. when drifting occurs fluid has to drain back through the back side of the other cyl. to verify you need to block at the single line before it splits to each cylinder. it is VERY unlikely that the valve is at fault and it's expensive as ****.
Sounds like you have a worn out tilt spool. Cant remember on Toyotas if you can just replace the spool or if you have to replace the entire tilt section of the valve.
I put ball valves inline on the for and rev sides of the cyl's, with the valves closed the mast holds fine.
It sounds like the double acting seal inside your tilt cylinder could be leaking, fluid from the front of the seals is leaking past the seals.
