Baker-York (Otis) FRU-070 (Manual/Parts?)

Does anyone know where I can find a manual for a Baker-York FRU-070, please? I haven't had any luck finding one for that model. Thank you.

I think that you have the wrong model number. Might be FBU70. Parts are available from Parts R Parts. 925.679.9396.
