Alarm 11 tract

Hi,

Our EFG-DF16 is not working because of an ALARM 11 TRACT. Can somebody give me a hint where to start troubleshooting? A service manual would be handy, but I don't have one unfortunately.

Update: seems like the right side MP1514 is broken. When swapping middle and right MP1514, the error 11 stays with the suspect MP1514.

If we would have the MP1514 repaired or exchanged, do we need to change parameters on the unit? Could this be done by the buttons on the dashboard, or do we need dedicated interface and software?

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
