Hyster S50FT code

Hello! We have a Hyster S50FT with a Chevrolet Spectrum engine that is giving us a code of 100-3. Does anyone know what this means?! thanks for all the help!

I know the machine revs very high when its first started.

i just replied to this one.the engine is supposed to rev high when you first start it.
