I found the vehicle manager on a pallet jack i am working on is bad. The new one comes unprogrammed. Do I need a handset for this truck. There is no keypad on this truck.

Just bought one from carolina handling in NC just a week ago. You can buy used or new one from them. It was all ready pre programed. Worked perfect.

You can buy it pre-programmed, but it takes longer to get. I'm afraid that only the dealer can program this.
