Lowering & Raising functions don't work

Hi.
We bought this used WP2345-45 5 months ago. It have been working OK until last week, the lowering and raising function did not work.
Can someone kindly let me know how to check for the causes. I opened up the handle but nothing found.
I do have meter.
Thanks

check lift contactor if close/open accordingly when you push the lift button.

if closed, check motor and power line fuse

if not, check to voltage drop of solenoid
if 24V, replace contactor
if 0V, check again you wiring and switches

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
