hi,i have a problem with an efg dh 15 showing error 13 and no traction and hidraulic work, after some on and off key swiching is starts ok but some minutes after is giving the error 13 back, any ideea of way this is happening?!
sorry for posting here :)
Check the steering motor armature and brushes. Most likely the armature is marked and/or burnt. Just fixed one last week with the same symptom, i.e. error code 14.
Should have mentioned that the left hand controller is a proportional controller for the hydraulics and steering, the other two controllers are for the drive motors.
hi
I have Jungheinrich forklift with the same error code
I took some photos to help explain..... (sorry, looks like I can't post them here, please copy and past this link)
imageshack.us/g/1/10283187/
there's error code 14 on the display above the steering wheel
of the 3 controllers in the back of the forklift, 2 have a red led on and a yellow one flashing
the one on the left side only has a red blinking led, it's blinking 14 times, slight pause then repeat
I checked the main contractor and it looks to be working ok, as 2 controllers look to be working ok (I guess?) the main contactor is ok ?
what else can I check / have checked ? I'm in the middle of nowhere, can't find anyone who will come out here, there's a local guy who fixes forklifts, but he's not familiar with modern electric forklifts (only very very old ones), he says if I can get some more info, he'll be able to fix it, he just doesn't have the experience to know what to check
thanks
Alan
EDIT:
just noticed, when the forklift is first turned on, the problem controller has a red led on and a flashing yellow led (I think this means everything is ok?)
then it makes a small noise.. quite quiet, sounds a bit like you'd imagine an electrical mouse farting... then the red led starts flashing (yellow goes off)
I guess this means it boots up ok, and then detects a problem? maybe during some sort of self test on startup ?
Hi.
By AC-controller, check the main contactor. If contactor is OK, check output from controller (contactor control output) By DC-controller check field output from controller and the field-wiring Further questions, please add year of manuf. and serial number.
