OK. This truck has had a history of engine overheating and I was sent out to clear a e33 fault code. While I was hooked up to the diagnozer , and this being my first time out on it I decided to check the throttle sweep and compare the throttle angle adjustment to accelerator angle. At full throttle it should be with in 8 to 10 percent of each other. I was getting 22% and 77 %. I have run across this before and easily made adjustment to 94/100%. Creating a much cooler running engine & more take off power in which I noticed this was weak. My problem I run into was when I made the adjustment I needed and gave it full throttle the engine would surge on me like it had a gov on it. Cleaned a dirty screen in the throttle body but no help. Has anyone ever run into this?

Errore code E33
In european countries, verify or replace cooling liquid if type C.
Use only cooling liquid organics type "D", not "C"
Liquid type C and D are not compatibles
Hows your overheat problem?
Late follow up. Two broken wires going to boost injector. Found the first one before posting. Had me derailed for awhile, thought I had that area covered. Went back and checked again and found another broke about 10" from connector.Same strand of wire.
Iv had several withE33 with no damage to engine.
Have had to use smaller pulley and belt set for p6000 sevral times to get them cooler.Cant understand why someone would keep running a truck after it cuts down on E32 to get to a E33 but hey that operators
Sorry to be so obtuse but what i a meaning to say is all the times i come across E33 as to E32 there has been engine damage IE head gaskit

Maybe you should read over again. I give pretty good details on what I tried.
Ok i think you are talking about the new type truck with the ECM
If so there are 2 over heating Warnings E32 and E33
E 32 is Help i am building up some heat go get me checked over.
E 33 is Well you did not get an engineer in to look me over and your in real trouble now.
(the diffrence in E32 and E33 is lenth of time i was over heating.)

No, for now it is set back like it was.
Did unit surge before you set it?
