Discussion:
No lift. Wiring diagram?

Hi, have a problem with a crown WP 2320.

The machine has a keypad fitted and I suspect this doesn't work. I have bridged the 2 wires for the key switch out which allows the machine to turn on and drive, but has no lift. Lower works though. The key pad has 4 wires coming off it so I'm not sure if one of those wires supplies power to the lift contractor. Does anyone have a wiring diagram that may be able to help me out.

Thanks a lot

Those models have a known wiring harness problem in the handle. Check to see if you have battery volts at connector "D" pin 4 when you push the lift button

Limit switch working properly. Battery voltage 24.9 seems to be ok.

What's your battery voltage? Could also be in lift lockout.

Not very familiar with your truck but you may want to check if there is a lift cutout switch fitted. Most jacks will only lift so high then a switch opens and cuts out lift to prevent damage to pump. They are generally fitted inside the truck around the lifting linkage.
