Similar to Nothing works' issue.

Serial No. B827N22609D

Jack stopped suddenly and now does absolutely nothing. Cannot push with key on or off. Have 14 volts on each leg of the battery connector. The flasher LED on the controller does nothing...can remember it flashing once but cannot get it to flash any longer. Had corrosion on the battery cables so I did a full replacement of cables and still nothing. Cant even blow the horn. Any guidance is appreciated.

Check for key switch input to controller. If you have input the controller is probably defective.

Thanks for your response. I checked the cables and it is wired in series. I may have misled you with the voltage. If I check the across the plug, I have 25 volts.

Recheck your cable wiring. These are 24 volt trucks. You have two of the batteries wired in parallel instead of series.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
