Discussion:
L16 switches itself off randomly

I have a L16 stacker, could be L14, have to check tomorrow. Built in 2004. It works perfectly except it randomly turns off some latching relay when you engage drive or lift. It totally dies and you have to turn off power (key or emergency ****) and restart it before it comes back to operation.
You hear a relay click when it dies.
Sometimes it works for ages, sometimes it lockes out at the first operation. Fresh full batteries or old depleted ones have no effect.
Our service company can't fix it.
To my laymans view it appears that some latching relay turns of randomly due to a voltage dip when you engage drive or lift. This happens without a overload situation! Thanks for any help :)

It's indeed a L16 from 2004. With a duplex lift assembly about 3 meter high.
