Discussion:
Password input

I'm working on a NOR30P order picker that won't allow me to enter the password.
I'm attempting to get into the maintenance for calibration.
Once I get to the blinking lines, the first line just stays blinking. It will not allow me to enter any numeric value and will not scroll to the right.
Lift button up, depress horn button and it will get me to the enter password section, but that's how far it will take me.
The vehicle manager is in the run mode and the unit operates normal, but I want to calibrate the travel pot after replacing it.
Does anyone have a solution?

Showing items 1 - 4 of 4 results.
This is a late response........Changed the display and was able to get in with the password on hand. It had a faulty display card.
When someone tells you to call the dealer is because they have no clue on the issue.
This site is to help each other without the dealer. If I wanted to call the dealer to come help, I would not have register with this site just to get inexperienced people telling you to call the dealer.

As Edward said you will have to call out the dealer. It is the only legal way.

The ironic thing here is that I have two NOR30P in different locations that are doing the same thing. I never experienced this before.

Thanks

you may have to call the dealer out and have them use the "dcat" program. you may be able to get a Raymond tech to try their software.
