Discussion:
Pump information please ...

I am reworking the controls for my old Raymond forklift.

I am only missing one piece of information.... what is the flow ( GPM ) of the pump?

The forklift model # is 20R30TN, Ser # 020-82-21354

The pump is a Cessna 20214 1T BP

I searched the web and Knight Hawk Supply said the pump was too old for them... but looking at their site, the "4" might represent 1.2 cu in per rev.

If this is correct ( maybe someone can tell me ) and if I knew the RPM's then I could work out the GPM's... I am looking for max flow so no load RPM's.

If I even had the time it should take to lift the mast ( 130" of lift... 65" cylinder lift ) and the cylinder ID ( it has a 3 1/2" OD... I don't know the wall thickness ) I could work out the GPM. Unfortunately I did not time the lift before taking it apart.

Any information you guys could give me would be awesome!

Thanks so much.... Mike
