Discussion:
Error 12 Right motor, shorted transistor

Im having problem with a FB18KT, when trying to drive the forklift just starts to "jerk" forward and if you push the pedal more it stops and shows the error code 12.

If you restart the forklift it can work fine for a few minuts before the problem comes back.

The error code says to check, T1R, drive board, CS1 and logic card. But since it work fine sometimes I would like to here if anyone have had the same problem or any ideas of where to start?

Thankful for advice!

I changed place between tr1 and tl1. No difference, still code 12. I Also see flashes from the right motor. Can the problem be a short in the motor?
