Not lifting load

Jungheinrich EFG320 - While lifting the mast it is slowly lifting the fork only, and not lifting with any load. Also Double cylinder mast not at all lifting. No error code. Pump dismantled serviced and assembled, Valve control assembly dismantled, serviced and assembled back. Now sometimes it is working and lifting the load. again it is not working. Please anybody suggest to solve the problem
