Needs Suggesst TO settle up TO be A dealer

Dear,All

iam ridwan From Raya Indo Fortuna Ltd BAsed On jakarta indonesia,in my target company in a last year 2007 is settle up to be official dealer of some maker,especially BT forklift.but i have complicated with the procudure and how to became official distributor from some maker.

what i have to do?

please advice to me
