Crown SP3200

I am working on a Crown SP3205-30 serial# 1A266899. Originally the brakes were dragging and upon investigation the outer brake coil was not getting voltage due to a bad brake module. There was also a burnt circuit on the distribution panel to the brake module so I replaced both.
When I power up the truck and step on the brake pedal it works perfect. I can drive in both directions and all functions work. However when I release the brake pedal and then press it again to go, the display says "BRAKES" and the unit won't move.
I checked the brake module test points and found that I lose input voltage to TP5. Does anyone have any suggestions about this? Why would the unit release the brakes work fine the first time the pedal is pressed but fails the second time and won't move? Frustrated!

The problem ended up being the brand new brake module. I ordered the service manual specifically for this truck.
Something I would like to point out to anyone having this problem is that the service manual is wrong about input test point TP5 when it says that if there is not any voltage to TP5 that the problem is in the circuit, wiring, components before the brake module.
The module supplies voltage to the K3 relay which then goes back to TP5 to energize the brakes. It was not supplying the voltage the second time do to the brake module itself.
Hope that helps anyone having similar problems and is something to remember.

Try looking at CA209 on the distribution panel. That connecter always goes bad. No understanding why.
