TCM FBL15 controller problems

I have a TCM FBL15 1993 -1997 witch does not run.
I've chackes all wiering and switches, controller looks visual nice.
No bad smell, no fisical damage to been seen.

I belive due to low voltage the contoller has been damaged. Controller print has been repaired before.
I'm looking for replacement print Hitachi GE000709 and GE102487.
Correct data shiets. Or info wich parts on these prints break down due low voltage. Or info on regular problems with this model TCM FBL15.

Local delar is not interested to help me,
i'ts to old and i'm not a regular custommer.
And i repair for other people.....
Stupid people.......
