Discussion:
sparks when lifting

Pump 1 motor runs when going forward or reverse, travels sluggish. Using lift causes smoke from pump 1 motor and some sparks from steering motor.

What does the battery read under a load, such as while lifting, traveling full speed, or accelerating?

I,m going to take a shot in the dark here and say you have a battery problem. Usually a lift contactor welds together when the battery voltage goes too low. This could also be the source of your sparks in the steeting motor. Battery voltage is going too low, and you have sluggigh travel. The lift motor is not made to run all the time. You are overheating it. Low battery voltage will aslo overheat the motor.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
