Codes: 106-4, 108-1 (ECU), 168-4 (VSM)

After previous problems with code 2000-12 we have replaced ECU and engine cable harness. There is a communication with ECU on CAN now. There ignition is working (spark when cranking), throttle seems to work corectly, but the engine won't start. After cranking new trouble codes occures : 106-4 and 108-1 on ECU and 168-4 on VSM. Can anyone explain these codes?
