Discussion:
Travel Problem

After about five minutes of normal use the travel will have intermitting problems and the directional contacts will click in and out fast. It starts off a little and get worse the longer in use. This happens in forward and reverse. Already checked the pot, swapped the drive motor, and swapped traction card. Any ideas? Thanks.

We did check the voltage from the directional switches to the card and it was equal. Someone told me to test the capacitors on the transistor panel. I was on another job today, so I'll be back on this truck tomorrow.

Back-up. First, trace out the directional control circuits, from the distibution panel, through the mast cables to the directional switches, and back down through the mast cables to both inputs on the transistor control card. The EV100T (ZC) cards are very sensitive to low voltage inputs(below 21VDC).

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
