Discussion:
crown RR5000 series lift height

Hello is the lift height "stop" adjustable on a Crown RR5020-45 fork truck? It is new to us ( used). While raising the forks they stop going up at about nine feet. The digital read out for the height in inches says 105" and it beeps and the screen reads "RAISE CUTOUT". Need it to go higher nobody in the shop can figure it out. It looks like it has the potential to go much higher. Is there a way to adjust it?
Thanks

your trouble is too easy to resolve, the only thing is you must call a technician to know the access system. and he can resolve in 5 minutes.

you can't use it, if don't turn over the cutout.
but if you provide your e-mail i can send the steps to off that option.

The buttons are found on older Crown RR's. If this truck is an RR5000 the height cut out can be adjusted through the access modules. This will need to be completed with a service book and knowledge of the system. I would suggest calling a service company to help you out.

without a serial number, any answer is just a guess.
as you stand on the unit, are there some button switches mounted under the lip right near your left hip?
