Hello is the lift height "stop" adjustable on a Crown RR5020-45 fork truck? It is new to us ( used). While raising the forks they stop going up at about nine feet. The digital read out for the height in inches says 105" and it beeps and the screen reads "RAISE CUTOUT". Need it to go higher nobody in the shop can figure it out. It looks like it has the potential to go much higher. Is there a way to adjust it?
Thanks
