S4S DIESEL ENGINE

THE ENGINE IS VERY HARD TO START AND HAS LITTLE POWER. HAD THE INJECTION PUMP CHECKED AND THE LAB SAYS ITS WORKING FINE. TOOK COMPRESSION READING AND NO. I HAS 420 PSI, NO. 2 440 PSI, NO. 3 420 PSI AND NO. 4 420 PSI. I HAVE SUPPLIED CLEAN DIESEL DIRECTLY TO THE INJECTION PUMP AND THE PROBLEM CONTINUES.
