Error code 15

Does anyone know what this code is for? forklift drives very slow and shudders all hydraulics work fine steering works fine.

the shuddering makes me think you have a problem with the encoder bearing.

Also drive motor drawing 750a peak when i try to move forward or backward. cleaned foot switch with compressed air but didn't open the case.
