Hi garland_m

The 02 fault code is usually caused by a faulty direction switch, a short in the direction switch wiring(between TB2 and TB5 logic wires) or a faulty logic (which can be checked by disconnecting the wire on the TB5 logic terminal and checking that the voltage at the terminal is less than 60% of battery voltage) if theTB5 terminal voltage is higher than 60% with the wire off then the logic is faulty.

Regards
Shane
