Fiat, EV-100, IC3645EV T1, OSC ASM

Hello, dear colleagues.
I am repairing a Fiat electric forklift, the model is difficult to read. But it does not matter, the main thing is the controller.
Problem: I press the drive pedal, the forklift tries to move, but cannot. Sometimes it moves very slowly. If I press the pedal more than 50%, then after 5-10 seconds something similar to a blow happens. This is the full voltage suddenly supplied to the motors. The forklift jerks and stops. But it is not 1A that is triggered, but 1REC that opens. To check, I disconnected 1A so that it could not affect. After the second blow, the protection is triggered and you need to turn the ignition key off and on to try again.
I can not find how often the pulses should go to 1REC. I looked with an oscilloscope, about 100 Hz.
I am tired. I checked the power controlled diodes.
I do not know what to do anymore.

I threw this controller away and installed a new one - 1205M. I am happy with it, everything works.
Good work to all!

I checked the polar capacitors on the control board. Their ERS and capacity are normal.
It will take a long time to wait for a new controller. The old unit mainly consists of simple components. It can always be repaired. But there are still two incomprehensible microcircuits inside.

Fact of the week
The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
