Discussion:
Clutch Adjustment

So I recently just acquired a 1983-85 C500-30 Clark forklift for my shop.... It's definitely not an every day user but it's a decent running forklift for what I need it for... I need to adjust the clutch somehow and needed some advise on how to... when I let out on the clutch I almost have to let it completely out before it engages... any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If the forklift moves and clutch wont slip you do not have to adjust but if you do there will be a rod to adjust follow the movement

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
