Put on newly refilled tank, now won't start?

This is a 1980 propane forklift. Ran out of propane, when put different (newly refilled tank on) it won't start.

Check for an extra line seal inside coulping.Keeping connector from going on to cutoff valve all the way.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
