Discussion:
No spark , no errors , no impulse to the main injector

Hello guys
I am having quite a mysterious issue here. The forklift cranks good, there are no errors on the display , but there is no spark and no signal to the main injector. The work that i have done for know is : changed the EGI relay, changed the ECM, changed the injector and still no spark and no signal to the injector. I have checked the wires to the ECM from the injector, and they are all good. I also checked the wires to the relays and they are also good. I have changed the capacitor from a working machine, no difference. The ECM has a good negative and positive. Some suggestions ?
The only errors that appear is F-77 and F-75 , but those are for the lift solenoids. I have schematics for the forklift i also have the service manual, but i cannot trace the problem yet.

I can't fix stupid, but I can fix what stupid does.
shake the y harness that the crank sensor wires go into. We just resolved the same issue it was a bad wire in the that y harness. (You can order just that chunk of harness so you don't have to splice anything)

We spent a lot of time and $$ to figure it out so good luck hope it helps.

check crank sensor wiring not broken from memory looped under crank pulley or the sensor is faulty located around crank pulley area on r/hand side of motor if you are looking backwards if its broken or faulty no signal to ecm and no spark
