Drives Very slowly almost not moving

Flashed Perimeters replaced accelerator checked Drive controller still slow both in forward and reverse Hydraulics still works ok

Does it have a drive motor encoder? In an AC system a bad encoder will give you those symptoms, usually without throwing up codes.
