Discussion:
Ultrasonic Propane Level Sensor Alarming for no reason

I am having issues with my ultrasonic Propane level unit. It alarms after a few minutes of run time. No common running issues, no low level, and no error codes. I have even changed out the level sensor with another unit! The problem persists! Has anyone else run into this situation? Any suggestions?

All help would be appreciated!

Ultrasonic sensor doesn't work with aluminum tanks and the sensor needs to be calibrated with at least 18kg tank

The tanks are changed regularly, sometimes twice a day. Tanks are aluminum. Same symptom all tanks.

If it's a steel tank the system will not work properly - only works with aluminum tanks
