Discussion:
Noisy hydraulics

Hi gentlemen, new to forum. I have a komatsu fg35st-6. Only owned the truck for about 6 months. The muffler was blown out and the hydraulic pump was noisy, and would lug down on a full lock turn. I pulled the counter weight and replaced the pump, cleaned and flushed the tank, cleaned the pickup screen. We fabricated a new muffler and head pipe. We reassembled everything and the hydraulics are still louder than what i'm use to. No more lugging on full lock turns. Ot seems the flow divider is noisy now. We had a service company come out and said just watch it. From what I've seem on the internet, there all noisy. Sorry for the long post, but can someone with experience with these confirm there noisy.
Thanks
Steve

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
