Discussion:
Forks work but wont move forward or reverse!!

This all started when i got a leak in the valve box above the drive axel(where the pedals link to control forward and reverse). I had to take out the shaft that controls the flow out to get to the seal, replaced the seal made sure i didn't loose any parts and put it all back together. Now when i start it up and push forward or reverse it will idle up but wont move!! I did get it to move once by over turning that shaft with a pipe wrench almost running myself over in the process because the forklift would idle up then i assume get oil flow and just start barreling in reverse. Obviously the shaft was not in the right position.

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated i am new to forums and dont know how to upload pictures but can email them if needed

I see this now... I'm not sure what you mean about 2 disk on each side of the acc shaft, i got that bar valve out in one piece with out it falling apart (spring, washers, plate). Anything you have on this would be an amazing step in the right direction!!!

Hi

You can not just strip these down and rebuild so easy
You have to mark the 2 disks on each side of the acc shaft
One will do start of wheel rotation and one does pedal movement
Did you remove the little 11 bar valve on the side ?
Did u put the little washer back in which most people lose stripping down
What's ur email and I will send documents for this

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
