GOES DOWN TO 5.2 VOLTS AT 36% CURRENT. SHOULD READ 10 VOLTS OFF AND INCREASE AS CURRENT IS RAISED TO 36%. CHANGED VEHICLE MANAGER. NO CHANGE. ANY CLUES
