Hydraulic relief valves

2005 model with joysticks. There are two relief valves in the control valve (inlet section), one pointing up and one pointing down, how those relief valves should be adjusted when adjusting relief pressures? And what pressures those relief valves should be adjusted?

There is also sudden increase in hydraulic pressure when even slightly move any hydraulic function (besides steering), even when lowering mast. Pressure jumps to about 100 bar and drops to about 50 bar when spool opens more. Well, at least with lowering mast. When you release mini lever, the pressure jumps also briefly. Is this normal in this model?

Both relief valves have been set quite loose. The pressure is measured form the test port in inlet block.
The forklift has new hydraulic pump fitted and that is why i need to adjust the relief pressures.
