problems with master brake cylinder o brakes?

Hello mechanics, got a problem with a clark CMP50SD' s brakes. Plates and all seals are new and brake works fine untill you park the machine and after 10 min first brake makes the pedal go totaly down if there were no liquid inside. All the air was removed. What can cause this? Please help.....

Clark has a service bulletin for this , the solution is to remove brake disc return springs located inboard behind the drive hubs. Contact my email in profile I may have some more detailed info.
