I just encountered the same problem.
Did you ever get that manual? If yes would you mind sharing a copy?
Very old post i see but i hope someone reads this and is able to send me a service manual?
I know this is old, but I too need a power steering circuit schematic.
Hi, Similar PS Trouble 013 fault with *514/*526. found big ceramic resistor with only 1.5Ohms - should be 10M Ohms. Could this be the issue?
What company did you send your card to? @MEngr
Thank you much for your response, the information is appreciated. That is an odd mix of codes. The only two that seem to correlate are the 514 and 526. I don't believe there was a 530 or 531 but l will make sure to run the diagnostic system again on Monday morning.

The 524 is a traction control current sensor issue, while the 514 can be a short or open transistor issue with the power steering, depending as to if there is a 531 or 530 code also. Now the 526 fault could either be a power steering open in the large resistor or the small resistor which could be better defined if there occurred a 530 or a 531 fault also.
Hey now, I'm also getting the 514 followed by a 526 amd a 524, was wondering if anyone had a definition for the 524 in particular. Thanks in advance.

Repairs of board done in Georgia-USA.
good luck repairing those boards, flight systems cannot touch those
ok thanks MEngr !!!
I don´t know the logical of nissan trucks!! I will see this points

You need to perform interactive dianostics of the truck's control to define the power assist steering issue. The way to do this is to push FN 1 and FN 4 in while you simultaneously turn on the key switch. You will see the self check menu in the display screen. The power contactors in the power distribution panel will all close and open in an orderly sequence. Push the FN 3 Diagnostic check window 500 should now appear. Now push FN 1 Error Memory window 510 will appear. Malfunctions which have occurred in the traction, loading, and power steering systems are recorded.
Hi Mate
If all those checks are ok I guess it points to the main pcb. As this also feeds the power steer circuit.
Hello everybody!
I have a NISSAN P02 truck (model QP02L20U). When the trucks is ON, automatically appears on display "PS TROUBLE 013". The PS contactor is not actuated, and the electric steer is not working. I did some verifications:
1) On the back, I disconnect the steer motor cables, and tested the steer motor with 30V conecting. The motor worked ok, without problem to the booth sides.
2) Check the potenciometer (steer sensor) cables on back. I disconnected the CN2 plug on the main controller, and then tested the poti values. Are ok!
3) I checked the PS contactor coil resistance value, aprox 260 OHMs, is ok. The cables are ok.
4) IGBTs power transistors are ok, and the connections wires (CN1) for to control them are ok too.
5) I conected the truck ON, and at the same time I pressed manually the contacts of the PS contactor. Nothing happened. There is not a short circuit on the power circuit, because when I closed the PS contactor´s contacts nothing happend.
please help me!
best regards
Does anyone have a schemtic of the power steering section?
