Discussion:
the End of Materials Handling as it is known today

The Materials Handling market is about to change. With only around six or seven of the world's manufactures serving. With in the next 10 years most warehouse will be completely different Companies like KION of China DAMATIC or TOYOTA of Japan VANDERLANDE will dominate the warehouse business with hole turnkey products. Pallet trucks, reach trucks VNA truck will all be replaced with automated equipment.

Counter balance forklift sales will also decline and be replaced with complete handling systems that will be able to move products around a facility with out the need of an operator. Out side the facility there will also be big changes Both Diesel and electric forklifts will be replaced with 100% zero emission products that will have much longer ranges then electric forklifts and will be able to handle loads up to 72,000kg while being 100% zero emission. Companies Like Hyster who have backed Hydrogen to the tune of up to $260 million investment will see this disappear as hydrogen forklifts wont be able to compete with the new technologies that will offer lower cost's ,no need for high pressure systems ,be less explosive and more cost effective than hydrogen.

nice example on how the EPA and WTO is going to tax everyone out of using fossil fuels under the guise of 'carbon tax' and force everyone to go full electric. OR Lets hope they don't go down the road of solar power, can you imagine a forklift running off solar? or even wind?
I don't think the material handling mfg's are going to allow that to happen any time soon, they would loose way too much money just in the conversions alone.
lol
very amusing to even think of it :oD

Well i would have asked you about Carbon tax that will come into effect from around 2023 you know. This is the tax that will add around the following on to diesel engine equipment running cost per year.

12,000kg tier III $ 3,000
12,000kg tier V $ 2,100
16,000kg tier III $ 3,600
16,000kg tier V $ 2,500

Reach stacker Tier III $7,750
Reach stacker tier V $6,750
Reach Stacker Tier V semihyd trans $5,450

Or what about the lithium iron battery option that when you frequently charge will cause the plastic separator to melt and then cause the battery to catch fire, But there no point because you would have forgotten about all this as you are such an expert.

And as you are an expert on Hyster Yale you probably believe that paying $ 110 million for 70% of a near bankrupt Chines forklift manufacture with no real Chines market share, Or That Hydrogen will power all forklifts in the next three years or even Competing against TIL who manufacture the same trucks in Tier III in Asia are good deals and will make Hyster Yale stronger.

Or is it the case that your FOUR BRAIN CELLS just cant cope

Ok , I get it You are trying to reverse engineer a forklift that has fallen out of a alien space craft in the past. like a cave man trying to reverse engineer a nuclear sub, you are wasting your time. Are you sure there is not some alien mind control device that has taken over your thought processes in that machine ? BTY I do not hide behind anything. People in the DFW area know who I am and that I tell like it is. Have you ever thought of getting out of your parents basement , get a little fresh air, and not pollute this website with your dislike of hyster yale or yale /hyster. You are dealing with people who have forgotten more about this industry than you will ever know.

You won't get an answer, instead he will tell you to look it up yourself. That's his normal response for questions like you are asking.

as the UK Government are going to eliminate red diesel entitlement add this with carbon taxation the fuel cost of say a 12,000kg diesel will be the highest cost of the truck operation. even at £1.00 per litter the fuel and carbon taxation would be £13 per hour.

"Have An Exceptional Day!"
Exalt or whatever you call yourself these days (I still prefer Dave but wonder if you are form Yorkshire your English is so bad). You do seem to have taken things a little personal this time haters lol.
The easy way to get people to start to believe in your project is to show proof pal. Last year you said your wonder truck would be shown in April then nothing?? Now it's Q4 this year but I'm not holding my breath. If this truck does exist you must have development models out there pal show one of them?? Looking on the net there is nothing about your company apart from 2 year old (and very poor ones at that) YouTube videos and a funding request on F6s lol. Proof Dave it helps

I'm sure when the 4th quarter comes out there will be some BS story about it being "in production" but it's only being leased to the guy down the street and there won't be any public specs published to keep the Chinese from stealing it.

triumphrider, you won't get an honest response
you see how he replied back to my last comment, really defensive
gee i must of struck a nerve eh?
generally when mfg's introduce new products into the market they will give the consumer previews of it and then release it within a few months to a year afterwards.
This miracle truck has been on the table for how long now? (years) and no sign of even a glimpse of it in any real fashion. A cgi generated movie is all he's got.
I'll say this now, IF and WHEN he shows the world this machine "for real", in action, and produces a verified spec sheet on its "key features", and it's been backed up by the MHE Association, THEN i'll recant everything i've ever said about it.
But UNTIL THEN, this is nothing to consider being true, it's a dream, an idea that hasn't come to reality yet.
