Steering hard

I have a Crown WR3000 walkie Stacker. the steering is very stiff almost impossible to move at low speed. what are my options please.Thanks

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
