SHARP BRAKES

hi. havingt issue with yale truck GDP090VX K813V03293R
lift has 1873 hours. It was on rental and customer complains about the brakes. As soon as you it the pedal, operator is flying into front windshield....any help on this issue please. we have replace the booster and master but still sharp brakes.

Hello. Is the "normal" brakes or wet brakes? if "normal" I think the brake shoes are too fare away from the brake drum so you need to adjust them closer, or there is too much brake dirt in the drums. Try blow pressure air in the drum or take drum out and clean with the brake cleaner. If there is wet brakes, you need to adjust brakes. Have you change oils ever? find out right oil type from the user manual. I cant remember right but i think there is some kind of adjust under the brake pedal. not sure cause i dont remember that very well any more.
