Discussion:
Sales agent

Hello everyone, talking about small dealership, how you manage your sales agent? Fixed base salary plus commissions for the sale and for the work he brings to the company? How much commission and what percentage do you establish?

A software development service https://mlsdev.com/services/mobile-app-development is often referred to as "customization." While it may seem like a simple service, it's an industry that is changing rapidly. Today, many organizations have no time to develop new software. Instead, they can outsource their work to an agency that can do it for them. There are many benefits to outsourcing your software development project. Not only will your project be completed more quickly, but it will be more cost-effective too.

Enjoy my life!
It really depends on the country and region. It is typical to have base salary plus commission. Gas and mileage is included, they use their personal vehicles.

Our setup for the sales department.

Marketing for inbound leads, 3-5 leads/day per sales rep. Each sales rep must cold call ten potential customers in their given territory and keep an updated CRM. Weekly meetings on Friday morning to discuses deals, pipeline, questions, concerns.

Hope I helped!
